Taking the family skiing.

Just wanted to get the word out to parents and snowsports lovers around town-- there is a ski and snowboarding club based here in White Plains that's family-friendly and doing several outings this season: Westchester Skiers & Riders.
During Presidents Week, WSR has a 3-day trip to Smuggler's Notch, VT, which is constantly top-rated as the most family-friendly resort in the Northeast.
There is also a day outing planned to Belleayre resort in the Catskills for MLK Day.
The website is http://www.westchesterskiers.org. Joining the site, and enjoying the content, is free. Donating members, for $35, get a WSR membership card that entitles them to privileges and discounts all season long at nearly every Northeastern ski resort.
