4/4 Common Council Meeting

I attended most of the Common Council meeting yesterday. Nothing monumental. It sounds like they are going to move forward with a design study for replacing the two swimming pools in the city. (I didn't realize that WP had two swimming pools, but I will be excited if we wind up with two new ones.) There was also some discussion about the proposed budget. Apparently, they will be discussing that over the next few weeks, and the public will have numerous opportunities to speak up. I left when they started discussing the moratorium that applies to FASNY.
